Introducting the Super-G 3D

Nettmann is proud to introduce the Super G 3D for 2011. The new wide cradle can easily accommodate a variety of 2 camera setups, as well as the Pace Fusion 3D rig allowing for on the fly interocular and convergence angle changes. The cradle is almost 20% wider and accepts payloads measuring just over 14”. Also we didn’t just widen the cradle we made it stronger with more than four times the power than a normal Super G cradle.

The payload width has increased while stabilization has been further improved with superior gyros that even have the benefit of not being on the ITAR export restriction list. The open architecture of our head allows easy access to all parts of the camera.

The Super-G 3D comes paired with our new GPS aided Horizon Control Unit which allows this system to take your creativity to a whole new level for your aerial cinematography needs without the need to ride the horizon joystick.

Please contact us for availability, pricing, and other details.

Accepting orders for next batch of Stab-C Compacts

We here at Nettmann Systems have been working feverishly getting our new fleet of Compacts up and running. Our COMPACT is one of the most advanced gyro stabilized remote heads on the market, offering 5 axis stabilization in a light weight platform. It can be used on many types of camera cranes, camera cars, cable supports, descender rigs, telescopic cranes, and helicopters producing stable images throughout a typical 25-250mm (film lens) zoom range.

Our network of representatives around the globe work together to insure that your production’s needs are always filled. This Nettmann network allows our global partners to take on larger jobs that require multiple pieces of gear that they can access from other Nettmann representatives.

If you are interested in acquiring a Stab-C COMPACT for your rental house please contact us at your earliest convenience as these will not last long.

Kenworthy/Nettmann Snorkel Systems

The Kenworthy/Nettmann Snorkel System has been a problem-solver since its debut. The remote use of a periscopic lens and miniature tilting mirror allows your creativity to come to life and literally think outside the box.

The periscope of the camera gives you fluid movement in difficult, hard to reach places such as stationary or moving vehicles, and in tight spaces where a normal camera can't travel such as the inside of a telephone booth, shower stall or miniature sets. It is a remote image-taking system with operator and camera components removed from the shooting area. Most productions will try to use a standard 2 axis head with a periscopic lens where you need to tilt down 90 degrees to achieve your shot - which results in losing your ability to tilt.

Another advantage of our Snorkel System is that your operator retains all functions of the camera's movement, tilt, pan and roll. These functions all happen on the prism as if it were perfectly nodal. These systems work extremely well with the new ALEXA or RED digital cameras. There is nearly no learning curve with the K/N Snorkel - it just works.

We are selling reconditioned Snorkel Systems for $45,000 together with a 2 year parts and labor warranty. Please contact us for further details.
